STACY LEYK, MA, CCC-SLP
Stacy earned a Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She is licensed through the State of Texas and is certified by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Stacy has experience in private practice, medical, and school settings. She has enjoyed private practice the most because it allows the most flexibility in adapting the patient’s goals and allows one-on-one interaction with the parents/caregivers. Stacy feels it is important to design individual goals for patients that will be the most functional for the patient and his/her family. Stacy enjoys working with children and adults. Her special areas of interest include treatment of apraxia of speech, auditory processing, language delay, and voice disorders.
Stacy is married and has two school-aged children.
She enjoys the beach, swimming with her kids, exercising, and volunteering at her children’s school.
